KERSCHDORFER is located in Kaltenbach – just around 50 metres from the Hochzillertal cable car, putting you right at the heart of everything that makes the Zillertal so special. In winter, you’re just a few steps away from the slopes; in summer, the mountains and nature begin practically on your doorstep.

For us, a holiday isn’t about filling every moment with activities. It’s about deciding for yourself what your time away should feel like.

Sleep in. Enjoy BREAKFAST. Head out into the mountains. Spend some time in the SPA. Have a coffee at the COFFEE.point (new from summer 2027). Or simply enjoy having nothing you need to do.

As an adults-only hotel for guests aged 14 and over, we consciously create space for peace, relaxed days and time for yourself.

Selected bedrooms in ZILLERTAL.living are also air-conditioned.

So after a day in the mountains, you can come back, unwind and look forward to a comfortable night’s sleep.

In our SPA., you’ll find different ways to enjoy exactly the kind of warmth that feels right for you: the classic heat of the Finnish sauna, the gentler warmth of our pine bio sauna, our aroma steam bath with the scent of alpine roses, or the soothing warmth of the infrared cabin.

Afterwards? Find a lounger, close your eyes and simply stay a little longer.

And whenever you feel like taking a little time out in between, our SELFCARE.zone and TEA.lounge are waiting for you.

It’s hard to get much closer to the mountains. KERSCHDORFER is located just around 50 metres from the Hochzillertal cable car.

In winter, that means: put on your ski boots, grab your skis and just moments later you’re on your way up to the slopes.

In summer, your time outdoors also begins practically on the doorstep. Hiking trails, bike tours and the Zillertal mountains are waiting for you all around.

And when you come back? COFFEE.point, SPA. or simply put your feet up.

Sleep in, take your time and start the day with a really good breakfast.

At our BREAKFAST., everything you need for a great start to the day is waiting for you: freshly baked rolls and speciality breads made in-house, a selection of cold cuts and cheeses, muesli, seasonal fruit and vegetables, as well as freshly prepared egg dishes.

There are also homemade jams, honey from our neighbouring beekeeper, coffee specialities, a selection of teas and fresh juices. And if you feel like a little sparkle in the morning, you can also enjoy a glass of Austrian sparkling wine.

Take your time. After all, the only thing you have to do today is whatever you feel like doing.

Daily from 7:30 to 10:00 am.
